TERMS OF SERVICE

Things to keep in mind
✦ you're not allowed to use my art for commercial use, only personal use.
✦ do NOT edit, trace, modify or alter my work outside of basic resizing, color adjustments or making it transparent (to which i will provide if asked)
✦ all commissioners must be available to communicate via social media that they have contacted me through, such as Twitter, Discord etc.
✦ my work schedule will change depending on the conditions, of which the commissioner will be informed such as health, queue, school or family issues. i will prioritize myself if such comes up.
✦ update screenshots will be provided for approval after each step (sketch, coloring, details, cleaning)
✦ it is alright to ask for updates for your commission at any time!
✦ in some cases, the price will be higher depending on the complexity of the character design but we can always discuss about the final pricing before commission, if needed.
✦ the final product will be sent to wherever the commissioner prefers.Copyright, Usage & Ownership Rights
✦ please credit me as the original artist of your commission and each time the artworks is used (via bios, captions, descriptions, or pinned comments on ALL social media platforms)
✦ the commissioner is allowed to use the artwork as a design for a physical copy; such as paper-based works, merch or apparel BUT ONLY FOR THEIR OWN PERSONAL USE, THEY CANNOT USE IT AS GOODS TO BE SOLD COMMERCIALLY.
✦ the commissioner is not allowed to claim my work as their own nor use it for NFTs nor to teach AI art.
✦ i am allowed to use the commissioned artwork in a portfolio and/or for self-promotion as well as posting the commissioned art on social media platforms including WIPs and previews.Payment Methods
✦ payment is via Ko-fi or GCash only (can be used in USD or PHP)
✦ after one (1) week, pending payments are considered unsuccessful, and the slot is reopened. There will be a hold put on the order if the process fee payment is not completed.
✦ refunds are only permitted at the sketch phase! so please don't cancel your commission after I've shown you the sketch. rather, see it through to the end. no refunds will be given regardless of the order progress.
